Tokyo’s 21_21 Design Sight gallery just opened in a sleek new building cleverly constructed by Tadao Ando, and just next to the fancy Tokyo Midtown shopping extravaganza. So, what topic did they choose for their opening exhibition : Chocolate!. Ping Mag interviews the curator.
